Yamamoto would argue that fact because yes, every one of those sticks misses him. However, water and explosions mean waves. Granted they are not typhoon size but the water throws his stride off. He is amused, most people would be against the idea of dynamite being used in a game of water tag. Yamamoto, he thinks it makes it more fun. More of a challenge.
