Yamamoto knows about the jealousy, he does not take offense nor pride in it. He understands it now in a way he did not when they first met. Enough time has passed since that day that he is aware of it and the reasons. He does not seem himself as more favored, he is just more easy-going. It makes connecting to him easier but the easy path is not always the best. There is a value in someone whose friendship has to be earned, whose trust is not so easily given.

Chemistry or controlled explosives are out of Yamamoto's reach, he'll stick to swords and baseball bats. His dying will flame and box with companions are cool additions but about as technical as he is going to get. That would be smart, Yamamoto is sure to reach out and talk to people. He however is likely to start exploring, poking, and training as he does. Sitting still is not his cup of tea.

"Taste it?" Yamamoto chuckles at this, he wonders about the skin thing and stops, lifting his pant leg to inspect his lower calf. It does not seem overly dry to him, maybe more than before he stepped in the water "Huh, not too dry. It smelled like home." If that makes any sense, he can't explain that was just the feeling the water gave him at the time.

If he mentions swimming Yamamoto is bound to go for it. He may not think of it on his own but rather they do or don't this time, hopefully, there will be a chance in the future.
