Tsuna's mom is pretty much everyone's mom. Gokudera doesn't refer to her like the others do, but that may be because he's not living under her roof the same way his sister does. She can still cook better than anyone he's ever met.

If Yamamoto expressed interest in a job, the bomber would definitely recommend he assist in some kind of food service. Gokudera probably won't immediately start hunting for a new job. He has no idea where to start.

Any time Gokudera looks or thinks of spaghetti now, he'll probably snicker. It's the little things, really. That moment where they faced Gamma was pivotal, as it made Gokudera more aware of how his behavior impacted the rest of the family, and his position as right-hand overall.
