He is listening, while Gokudera speaks he eats, sipping his milk and in general enjoying himself more than he has in a while. He is stretching in his chair, eyeing his plate thinking he may have taken a little more than he should have. It is definitely all filling. When Gokudera says tomato soba he laughs, right down deep from his belly amused about it. He can feel free to snag one off Yamamoto's plate, he'll be glad to share. Right now he is happily eating his Tomato Soba!

"We didn't eat anything that wasn't Japanese or could be named by color. Tomato soba would have been better." Strange, he knows but red fried noodles were born of this peculiar habit of his dad's.

"That's because you need more sleep." It is not reproachful but a matter of fact. After all, if the milk makes a person sleepy clearly their body is telling them something. Plus, he noticed in the future, Gokudera does not sleep much, or at least it seems that way.

"We'll have to ask around, there's a bunch of stuff to try out." If it comes back regularly he will drag Gokudera along to try out everything they don't explore tonight. Yamamoto would like this, there is something beautiful, soothing about that piano music. He never thought he would enjoy something so mellow so much but he did.
