While the sap does affect any bots that are from other worlds, the bots that originate in Anchor were built to be immune to its effects, and they can't eat or drink. If it were poured on them, though, they would probably get quite annoyed and voice their annoyances quite loudly, then avoid the offender for a couple of weeks. Don't pour sap on the trash bot unless you like overflowing garbage cans.
